The diagnostics line is built to recognized standards your engineers will check: ISO 15171-1 for PPD diagnostic couplings and ISO 16028 for flush-face interchange. Clamps follow DIN 3015. Will your test points fit the diagnostic ports already on my turbines? 

Almost certainly. Our H900 test points use the M16x2 connection common across turbine hydraulic systems, and PPD push-to-connect points follow ISO 15171-1, the standard most equipment builders design to. Send us the port spec and we will confirm before you buy. 

What pressure ratings do wind and hydro circuits require? 

Pitch, brake, and accumulator circuits commonly run in the 2,000 to 4,500 PSI range, well within our test point and gauge ratings. For hydro isolation duty, Pister ball valves are rated up to 11,760 PSI. We will match components to your system pressures. 

Can you ship diagnostic kits and parts same day?
