Agricultural Hydraulic Couplers & Components

When a coupler fails during harvest, you can't wait for a backorder. There is a planter half-loaded, a storm on the radar, and yield disappearing by the hour. You need the answer to be "we have it."

PCI Hydraulics+ keeps that answer in stock. Since 1985, we have supplied the agricultural hydraulic couplers that keep tractors hitched to implements: ISO 5675 pioneer-style ag couplers, ISO 7241-A couplers, flat-face couplers for skid steers, and the fittings around them. All of it globally sourced from top manufacturers, backed by a full one-year warranty, and shipped same day from Solon, Ohio. Because in farm country, the season does not reschedule.

What agricultural equipment demands from its hydraulic components

Farm hydraulics fail on a schedule set by the weather, and you feel it first.

Downtime in season is catastrophic. A dead rear remote during planting or harvest is not an inconvenience. It is yield lost by the hour. You need the part today, not after the storm passes.

Leaking, hard-to-connect remotes. Worn tractor couplers weep oil and fight every connection, especially with residual pressure in the implement line. You want couplers that connect the first time, every time.

Mixed fleets need true interchange. A typical operation runs three tractor brands and two decades of implements. Couplers must actually meet the standard, not almost meet it.

Dust is everywhere. Grit packed into an exposed coupler face gets pushed straight into your hydraulic system on the next connection.

And when a failure hits mid-season, same-day shipping is the difference between finishing the field and watching the weather win.

Agricultural Hydraulic Couplers We Stock

ISO 5675 ag couplers (NS and NV Series)

The heart of the ag line. NS and NV Series couplers meet ISO 5675, the pioneer-style standard behind virtually every tractor rear remote, in both ball-lock and poppet-style configurations. They connect planters, balers, grain carts, and loaders to any compliant tractor, and colored dust caps let you identify circuits at a glance while keeping grit off the coupler face. This is the coupler family to have on hand before planting season starts.

ISO 7241-A couplers (ANV and NV Series)

Plenty of older implements and sprayers still run ISO 7241-A poppet-style connections. ANV and NV Series couplers meet ISO 7241-A and interchange with other ISO 7241-A compliant couplers already on your equipment, so a 20-year-old sprayer hitches up as easily as a new one.

Flat-face ISO 16028 couplers (FF, FFS, and BC Series)

Every farm has a skid steer, and every attachment change is a coupler connection. FF and FFS Series flush-face couplers meet ISO 16028, connect without spillage, and give dust no cavity to pack into. The BC Series is a direct Bobcat-replacement style, so you can swap worn OEM couplers without changing anything else.

3FF connect-under-pressure couplers

A parked implement sitting in the sun builds trapped thermal pressure, and standard flat-face couplers simply will not connect against it. The 3FF Series connects under trapped pressure up to 3,000 PSI (size-dependent), turning a wrench-throwing standoff at the hitch into a five-second hookup.

FB wing-nut brass couplers

For wet-line hydraulic systems and fluid transfer duty (dump bodies, pumps, and utility circuits), the FB Series wing-nut brass coupler connects and disconnects under pressure, resists corrosion, and is rated to 3,000 PSI in sizes through 1 inch. Inexpensive insurance for the circuits you forget about until they leak.

Standards & certifications

We stock to the standards ag equipment is actually built around. ISO 5675 governs pioneer-style tractor and implement couplers (ball-lock styles favor easy connection and interchange; poppet styles favor flow and sealing). ISO 7241-A covers the older poppet-style interchange still common on ag equipment, and ISO 16028 covers the flat-face couplers on skid steers and modern attachments. Standard-true means your mixed fleet just connects.

Frequently asked questions

Will your ISO 5675 couplers connect to my tractor?

Yes. ISO 5675 is the interchange standard for tractor rear remotes, so our NS and NV Series couplers connect with compliant couplers regardless of tractor brand, including Parker, Safeway, Faster, Dixon, DNP, and Stucchi. For older ISO 7241-A connections, our ANV couplers cover the interchange. Unsure? Call 800-322-9527 with the model.

What pressure ratings do your ag couplers carry?

Ratings vary by size and valve type. Our NS ball-type and NV poppet-type ISO 5675 couplers carry working pressures from 5,000 PSI on 1/4 inch bodies to roughly 3,200 PSI on the largest sizes, which covers tractor remote and implement circuits with room to spare. Check each product page for exact ratings by size, and we will confirm the right match for any application.

Can you ship during planting and harvest rushes?

That is exactly when we prove our value. Orders placed by the daily cutoff ship same day from Solon, Ohio, all season long. Call 800-322-9527 for anything time-critical.

What warranty do you offer on agricultural couplers?

Every component carries PCI's full one-year warranty.
